プログラミングクラス
英語や日本語は、人が使う言語です。
そして、コンピューターにも「言語」があります。
YSEのプログラミングクラスでは、生徒たちはコードを書くことで、
人間がどのようにコンピューターとコミュニケーションを取るのかを学びます。
コードとは、人のアイデアをコンピューターの動きに変える特別な言語です。
YSEでは、単にコーディングを学ぶだけではありません。
論理的に考える力、問題を解決する力、正確に伝える力といった、
一生役立つスキルを身につけます。
コーディング言語の理解、コンピュータリテラシー、
ゲームデザインなど、独自のコンピュータアプリや
ゲームを作成するために必要なものがすべて
含まれています。
コーディング能力とオンライン学習の比較：
ガイド付きコーディングプログラムでの3ヶ月の
学習は、独学で1年以上の学習に相当します。

I have been a teacher here in Japan for 3 years and now for the first time I have the opportunity to create my own class to share what I enjoy learning the most with my students in English.
I started learning programming while in elementary school in America and have continued to enjoy it today. Learning to code is a lot like learning a foreign language, so as both a foreign language teacher and student I feel uniquely qualified to teach programming from that perspective.
My favorite thing about programming is how much freedom it gives you to solve problems using your own ideas and methods. I believe the best programmers are creative ones, so I aim to create lessons that emphasize this.
Programming can be difficult at first, but with the right motivation and clear goals it is also rewarding and a lot of fun too.
I hope that I can share what I enjoy so much about programming with you all!
